The Goethe Institute Gulf Region
The Goethe Institute is located in Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates and is serving all of the Gulf States. The Goethe Institute is located in the same building as the offices of the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) and GTZ (Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit).
It encourages the study of German as a foreign language in the Gulf region and organizes cultural events. Please get in touch with us if you are interested in our work.
Since 2007, the Goethe Institute German Language Center Dubai has been established in order to provide German language courses starting from beginners' level.

DAAD Information Centre in Abu Dhabi
The DAAD Information Centre in Abu Dhabi serves as a point of contact for all issues concerning cooperation between Germany and the UAE in the field of Higher Education. It actively helps intensify relations between higher education institutions in the UAE and in Germany.
The Information Centre provides services to academic institutes in the GCC-countries and gives information to individuals and institutions interested in academic exchanges with Germany.
